Who needs Coachella when I can be just as hipster sitting on the side of the road on the way home from the beach? But in all seriousness, I'm kind of obsessed with today. A perfect day at the beach, complete with pictures that make my heart happy. And tonight we're all playing True American (yes, the drinking game from New Girl) which basically makes any night a great one.

a touch of lace

Drove up to Stockton to celebrate my baby sister's 21st birthday over the weekend. We attempted to surprise her at a winery. True to form, she was a step ahead of everyone else and was well aware of what was going on the entire time. Nevertheless, we still had a blast running around the property (with a slight buzz) and taking pictures on the gorgeous grounds.
I can't believe she's 21!

spring is in the air

My obsession with neon colored flowers continues with this gem from the Prabal Gurung collection for Target. When I headed to the store the day of the launch, this was the dress I knew I had to have. Of course, when I finally got there, it was completely sold out. I was obviously bummed and after two different Targets, went home empty handed.
Fast forward a month and I'm back at Target (as I am about once a week). I walk to the sale section and there it is. This dress. Sitting there, waiting for me to take it home.
A love story with a happy ending.
